PRESEASON PARTY AT COACH TRIPP’S HOUSE

The boys will meet at Trident and play some fun soccer and then head over to Coach Tripp’s around 12ish

601 Oak Marsh Drive in Mt pleasant ( Wakendaw lakes subdivision) (Wakendaw on the creek) right next to Trident Academy

The team will provide the burgers, dogs, condiments, plates, water etc.

Please just bring your own dish, side, dessert or treat to go along.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and you have been enjoying the time off!

Holiday Parade
First I wanted to pass along some more information on the Holiday Parade this Sunday. Like I had mentioned previously, I think this will be a fun event for the boys to come out for (especially if they are bouncing off the walls – we need that energy out in the parade!) See below for more details. Off the top of my head I have these players confirmed as in – Parker, Bradley, Connor and Mikey. The more the merrier, so come on!

Futsal Cage
As I had mentioned, we have the futsal court/cage at Mt. Pleasant Academy for some off-season training opportunities. I would like for us to get out there at least once a week through the winter starting next week. I wanted to hear from everyone on what day of the week would be most feasible. I’ll try and accommodate the best I can. LOOKING LIKE IT WILL BE EITHER MONDAY OR WEDNESDAYS – WILL UPDATE AS SOON AS DAY/TIME IS CONFIRMED WILL START WEEK OF 12/10

End of the Season Party
Coach Tripp has offered his house for an end of the season get together, since we didn’t really get to have one. As he lives right by Trident, we figured a Saturday or Sunday afternoon would be best. Tripp and I will hold some small-sided games / tournament with boys with a cook out to follow.

TEAM BUDGET SAVINGS WILL PAY FOR MEAT AND DRINKS, EVERYONE WILL NEED TO BRING AN ITEM, RHONDA WILL SEND OUT LIST SOON

HOLIDAY PARADE
Sunday, December 9

Join SCU/MP in the
Mount Pleasant Holiday Parade.

Our Theme: CATCH FUTBOL FEVER
There will be a boat for younger players sit in.
Others can walk and juggle.

Holiday Parade Schedule of Events:
(Times subject to slight changes.)
5:30 pm: Tree Lighting and Fireworks Display
5:45 pm: Parade begins at Pelzer, ending at Sea
Island Shopping Center corner of Coleman & Chuck Dawley) at approximately 7:15.

All ages are welcome.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
All Players should wear their SCU/MP Grey WARM UP jerseys with weather gear underneath, wear flats (no cleats), wear fishing gear and/or Holiday hats, bring a ball for juggling. Players can bring candy to hand out along the parade route.

DROP OFF
Participants will meet at Cinebarre parking lot at 4:45 pm with parents. You will need to enter from Houston Northcutt as Coleman Blvd closes at 4:00pm. There will be SCU/MP coaches and volunteers to escort players to the LINE UP AREA.

PICK UP
The parents of participants in the parade MUST BE AT SEA ISLAND SHOPPING CENTER as our group finishes the parade !!! When you see us pass, it is good idea to designate a parent to start walking to the shopping center. Please be there by the end of the parade!
